Rob Johnson 
 
Rob Johnson is the Director of the Tier 1 Girls Program for the Utah Lady Grizzlies and the newly appointed U19 Tier I coach for the Utah Grizz. With his extensive background in coaching and player development, Rob is dedicated to nurturing young athletes and helping them reach their full potential. His coaching journey includes leading the 16U Jr. Kings and advancing Tier 1 teams with the LA Lions girls hockey organization, where he made a significant impact. 
In recognition of his exceptional coaching abilities, he was honored as Coach of the Year with the NYC Cyclones for the 2019/2020 season. Rob’s coaching philosophy centers on fostering teamwork, encouraging healthy competition and ensuring that players enjoy the game. He is enthusiastic about instilling these values within the Infinite Edge and Power program, to enhance athletic performance and create a culture of excellence and joy.
 
Madison Farrand 
 
Coach Madison brings a wealth of experience to our program, having played at the NCAA Division I level with the RIT Tigers and worked with the Washington Pride’s Tier I program in D.C. Her passion for coaching is evident in her insightful approach, allowing her to effectively guide and inspire young athletes from behind the bench.  
 
Currently with the Utah Grizz organization and returning coach with Infinite Edge and Power, Madison has established herself as a respected coaching leader who is dedicated to investing time and energy into the development of each player. She focuses on fostering both on-ice skills and off-ice growth, creating a supportive environment that promotes teamwork and personal development. With her holistic approach, Coach Madison is committed to cultivating the next generation of hockey talent, ensuring that her athletes excel in the sport while acquiring essential life skills.
 
Elizabeth Bauer 
 
Elizabeth “Biz” Bauer is a head coach for Augsburg university and, a former standout women’s hockey player at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, joined the Augsburg women’s hockey program as a full-time assistant coach for the 2023-24 season and was later named the third head coach in the program’s history for 2024-25 becoming regular MIAC champions with Augsburg. 
 
She played a key role in hockey operations and recruiting, leading to one of the largest incoming classes in team history for 2024-25. Before Augsburg, Bauer served as the girls’ hockey director for MAP Hockey and was a performance trainer at St. Croix Acceleration. She excelled during her collegiate career at UW-Eau Claire, leading the Blugolds to national tournament berths and holding records for assists and points. A former team captain, she also played professionally with Team Adidas in the PWHPA.
 
Bryn Haugen 
 
Coach Bryn Haugen is a talented first-year college hockey player at St. Olaf University, competing in the MIAC conference at the NCAA Division III level. As an exceptional leader and inspiring role model for our female hockey athletes, she embodies the spirit of the game. Bryn passionately conducts clinics alongside Coach Val, dedicating her time to mentoring young players and sharing her extensive hockey knowledge from the bench. An outstanding skater with a keen eye for detail, she excels not only on the ice but also off of it, skillfully guiding athletes through drills to enhance their skills and performance. Her commitment to excellence makes her an invaluable asset to our team and a true inspiration to aspiring female hockey players.
