Team Programs for U12-U19

$250.00$1,700.00

Program Philosophy and description Our program philosophy draws inspiration from successful coaching models in European countries such as Sweden and Finland, alongside the USA Hockey American Development Model (ADM). We believe in a holistic approach that prioritizes small-area drills, skill station work, and individual skill development, all facilitated by a high coach-to-player ratio on the ice. Above all, we emphasize the process of growth over the outcomes.

While many programs heavily focus on team dynamics—which is undoubtedly a crucial aspect of hockey and competitive success—we recognize the untapped potential within each player. This realization has led me to evolve my coaching style to embrace a player-centered approach, which is fundamental to our program's mission. We understand that success in hockey encompasses physical skills, hockey sense, and mental resilience. Unfortunately, many programs concentrate too much on team play at the expense of nurturing individual players. This shift in perspective has been pivotal in ensuring every athlete thrives during their time on the bench and beyond.

A key component of our program's success is our commitment to quality coaching, complemented by strong female leadership both on and off the ice. We strive to provide our female athletes with outstanding role models who inspire confidence and ambition. Our coaches are dedicated to maximizing each player’s potential by helping them recognize their strengths and areas for improvement.

Our mission is to empower every player to achieve their personal goals. We focus on supporting their individual journeys, fostering both physical and mental well-being, as we believe that success follows when players are in optimal condition. If selected for a U13/14, U15/16, or U18/19 program, you will have 12 days to confirm your spot by paying the adjusted fee of $1,700. If you do not make the team, you are invited to join development weekends as a practice player for a reduced price or even join for the tournaments if players are unable to attend.
